Warranty
What is considered warranty?
Suspensys ensures that all products it commercializes are suitable for their intended purpose and are free from design, material, manufacturing, and/or construction defects, in accordance with technical specifications, drawings, and manuals.
The warranty applies to products supplied by Suspensys that fall under the current Warranty Policy and that, for any reason, present failures or nonconformities that impact the customer, leading them to request compensation under the warranty.
Note: Suspensys reserves the right to modify product characteristics and introduce improvements at any time, with no obligation to apply such changes to previously manufactured products.
For more information, please contact the Technical or Commercial Department and consult the Suspensys Warranty Policy.
What is NOT considered warranty by the factory?
- Parts that present a complaint during installation tests;
- Parts damaged inside the original packaging, without any indication of improper handling;
- Parts with incorrect identification regarding application or technical specification;
- Parts that cannot be assembled due to dimensional incompatibility or manufacturing failure;
- Parts oxidized due to improper storage conditions;
- Parts that have been tampered with or altered by the end customer or mechanic;
- Missing components or parts inside the factory-sealed packaging.
Warranty Request Process

The end customer or repair shop that believes they are entitled to a warranty claim must contact the distributor responsible for the sale and request a warranty evaluation. The distributor will then contact Suspensys through the appropriate channels.
Attention! It is mandatory to present the Suspensys Warranty Policy.
